Appointments & Cancellations

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible at 818-987-3724 or via email at dr.tinagetty@gmail.com.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% service charge.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation.

While we make every effort to ensure appointments run on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require rescheduling. In such cases, we will contact you promptly.

If you arrive late, the full service fee will still apply.

Prior to your appointment, we will provide you with any necessary preparation instructions. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.


Packages of Treatments

All treatment packages must be paid in full prior to the first session.

Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Any unused sessions after 6 months from purchase will be forfeited.


Treatment Suitability

Before performing any procedure, we will assess whether the treatment is suitable for you and whether it is likely to achieve your desired results.

If a treatment is not recommended, you will be informed of the reason.
Only the consultation fee (if applicable) will apply.


Liability

Dr. Tina Getty is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information before each treatment. Dr. Tina Getty will not be liable for any adverse effects or complications resulting from the client’s failure to disclose medical conditions or follow post-treatment care instructions. 


Your Right to Complain

At Dr. Tina Getty, we are committed to providing professional, compassionate, and fair care to every client.

If you have concerns about your treatment or the service received, you may file a complaint verbally, by phone, or in writing.
We will review your concern promptly and do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.


Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to health and safety regulations, no refunds or returns are accepted on any products or services once used or opened.
